LOST OR STOLEN PETS
One of the worst feelings one can experience is the realization that their beloved pet/family member has become lost or stolen. As long time pet lovers my wife and I have felt such pangs a few times but luck was always with us and nothng really bad ever happened. Hopefully the following might help those who suddenly find themselves in that situation handle it more efficiently and with a better outcome. Time is of the essence in such a situation. Do not sit back and wait to see if your pet comes home on their own unless you are darned sure of it, and know where they really are!
The following link goes to a page with some excellent advice. I know nothing of the site or its reputation other than visiting that page did not result in any probes of my computer or anything malicious in any way; it appears fully legitimate:

Here’s one I never thought of:

GPS could indeed be useful in the extreme to locate a beloved pet.
Here’s another link that looks good but which I’ve never seen until today. Warning, it has the worst color scheme I’ve ever seen, IMO:

Report bad links
Once I found so many really good and sensible links online about finding lost and stolen pets, I decided to forego my own wordings and instead use those. I’m hoping and assuming that the links are rather permanent and don’t go away on us too soon, but if that should happen, I’ll change this page and post my own opinions, which are nearly identical to that of the links I suggested above.
